Buyers: Be knowledgeable about the building and the possible upgrades that may be necessary.
New home warranty: When the warranty is just about to expire, understand what is going on with the building and it's systems. This is the best time to find any potential warranty issues.
Manufactured homes: This is for prefab homes, with each having it's own processes for manufacturing.
Commercial: This is focused on the Hotel and Restaurant area, with over 25 years in this field.

Fees start at $200 per inspection of a single dwelling (approx 2000sqft.)
An additional fee for travel may accrue for out of area inspections.
Please make sure that you check your smoke detectors every 6 months
Also help cut costs by changing A/C filters every 3 months.
Drain your hot water heater of sediment every 6 months to a year.
